Life coaching is better than talking to your best friend.
It’s all about you.
Each session gives you time to consider:
- “Does this get me closer to achieving my dreams?”
- “Could I do this differently?”
Life coaching doesn’t give you advice on your life, only you can do this. Life coaching gives you the tools, space and support to find the answers to your questions and to move forward.
How does it work?
Working with me, you will:
Working with Rachel I have been able to prioritise my workload and come up with solutions to ensure that I manage my time more effectively.
Lara, June 2008
- Identify a clear and honest picture of what you want to achieve
- Identify goals that describe, in your own words, what you are going to improve, the steps you need to take in order to achieve your goal and when you will achieve your goal by
- Overcome negative self belief that is holding you back
- Take steps to begin to live your ‘actual life’
- Be supported throughout the sessions
- Be able to use the coaching techniques on your own in the future
Unlike counselling, life coaching doesn’t dwell on the past, it looks forward and takes only the positive from the past. It’s all about what’s happening now and what you want to make happen in the future.
All session content is kept strictly confidential and you will not be judged on anything you say or don’t say.
How you’ll be supported
Each session is over the telephone, so there is no travelling time to factor in and there are no distractions during the session.
