How was it for you?

That’s 2011 of course.  Another year is nearly over, I can’t believe what has happened during 2011 – there have been all sorts of highs and lows.  Some of mine include, getting fitter thanks to my personal trainer Laura who is a devil in a tracksuit but has worked wonders, experiencing both the highs and lows of my son starting school ( he is loving it!), the welcome news my friends twins arrived safely in August (although living in Australia, we will have to wait until February to meet them), my car accident whilst travelling with my 6 month daughter, leaving my previous part time job at the beginning of 2011 and deciding to accelerate my business, focusing on supporting more women to get what they want out of life.

So what has 2011 meant for you and what do you want to happen in 2012?  Here are some key questions for you to consider before the end of 2011.

This year, what was your biggest success and what does this mean to you?

What do you want to happen in 2012 and what do you want more of?

And how will you get there?

Who do you need to become to achieve this in 2012?

If you want to start 2012 knowing what you want and how you are going to achieve it, my brand new Pause>Fast Forward Programme is available in January.  I understand that this is an expensive time of year, however I want as many of you as possible to have the same opportunity to find the solutions and strategies that brings clarity, excitment and energy to your life.  For£95 you can join the programme that runs throughout January.

Rather than grit your teeth through another dreay January, join me on the programme and start to create a life in 2012 that, gives you a sense of direction and purpose,  helps you to spin those plates and  leaves you time for yourself.

Call me on 07500 453338 to book either a free face to face or telephone consultation or if you want to discuss details of the programme further or email me at rachel@rachelsmithlifecoach.com
