Challenge your negative beliefs

How many of us are living our lives whilst holding onto negative beliefs about ourselves?  They can sound like this:  I am too old, not healthy enough, it’s too late, I am not good enough…

Where do these negative beliefs come from – some come from experiences in our childhood - something you read in your school report or something your parents told you and other beliefs come from our adult lives. 

And the important thing is we hold onto these and these negative beliefs influence our lives and the decisions we make.

What happens when we let these negative beliefs go?  Consider what it would be like to let go of your top three negative beliefs, what difference will this make to your life.

Try letting go of some your negative beliefs.  Turn your negative beliefs into positive statements about what you know is true about yourself and be aware of these during the next couple of weeks.
